Waggy's Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority,
We believe our costumes and products must
live up to your highest expectations. if for any
reason they don't live up to this, please get in
touch within 1 days of receipt of goods. We are always happy to advise
and help our customers select the best products
to suit your requirements.
If for some reason, you need to return part
or all of your order, it's easy! Simply give us
a call to let us know to expect the goods back,
then send them back with the original receipt
via recorded delivery so they can be tracked,
untracked items can easy get lost in the post,
and waggy's can not refund lost in the post
items. refunds will
be credited to the original payment method.
- Returns must be sent back within 48 Hours
of your received date we'll give you a full
refund of the product value minus
postage costs. Costumes must be returned in the
same condition as at dispatch and must be in
sellable condition. This doesn't apply to eyelashes, tights, wigs or
masks. Should an item be returned and
received after 48 Hours, we will have
no obligation to refund.
- A 20% restocking
fee will be applied to all products.
- Satisfaction If you are
not entirely satisfied with an order, please
contact us for either replacement or
a full refund of the item only on return of the goods.
- Faulty Products Should
a product be faulty, you should let us know
straight away as we will happily refund or
exchange it for you. You should let us know
within 5 Hours of the of
delivery or we will not be obliged to
exchange or refund in any way.
- We will not refund If
an item doesn't come back, items lost in the
post will not be refunded, so we advise that
you send all items back by track and trace
mail.
- Or if an item looks warn, or is damaged
through your own fault.
- Liability We shall be
under no liability in respect of any defect
arising from wear and tear, negligence,
wilful damage,
alteration or repair of the
ordered goods without our approval.
- Disputed items Any
returned goods that we receive which are
outside of this Returns Policy will be
defined as 'Disputed'. Such Dispute items
will not be refunded or exchanged and a
reason for this decision will be provided.
We are happy to re-ship such Dispute items
back to you at a cost to yourself; otherwise
they will be destroyed within 91 calendar
days from their receipt back to us.
- All refunds will be
subject to a 20% restocking & handling fee
plus the packing and postage costs
incurred when originally shipping your order
out.
- Late Delivery If the
order arrives too late for your outing, you
can return them in the normal way and if we
are at fault, we will refund for the
item and our postage costs. A reason why we may not be at fault
is that you were absent during
delivery, in this case a 20% handling
charge will be applied.
If you are returning a package please use
recorded post or obtain a certificate of posting
for your own protection please note proof of
Dispatch is not proof of delivery, So always
make sure you send back recorded royal mail
first class, so you have some thing to fall back
on and get money back if item is lost in the
postal system, Waggy's is not liable for any
astray items lost in the post.
