Can I rent a costume?
No, we used to do hire, but now our costumes
are so cheap we just sell them, if you only
need it for one occasion, then why not sell
it on eBay once you have done, you never
know you may get more than your money back!
How can I pay for goods and services over
the web?
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron,
MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), Solo and
American Express. Like any other shop we
require full payment for all purchases and
transport costs before goods can be
released. All payments are done via
paypal at the moment, an invoice can be sent
out for you to pay for goods via credit
card. We can not take payments over the
phone.
Paying by Cheque
We accept company and personal cheques.
These will need to be cleared before we
dispatch the goods: this usually takes a
minimum of three working days. Please do not
send cash for mail order purchases.
Because of our large range and the nature of our product, we cannot guarantee that all items are immediately available. We will let you know if any of the items you have ordered are not in stock. Because of the type of products we offer, there can be minor variations in colour and style.
Instructions for Returning Goods
You may return any item from your order as
long as you follow our returns policy, in
our
terms and conditions
Please note before returning anything you
must contact us so we know to expect the
item back, all items must be sent back
within 48 hours of receipt, and must be sent
back via a tracked service, any item lost in
the post can not be refunded.
Your rights to cancel
You have the right to cancel an order but we
will not refund the packing and postage
charges if the goods have already been
processed for shipping. Please refer to our
Returns policy above.
Eye accessories
These are NOT intended to correct any defect of sight and are intended only for cosmetic use. It is essential that you read and understand the instructions supplied with the package before using these accessories.
By purchasing Eye Accessories from us you are agreeing that:
You Do not Suffer from any of the following:
- Any Eye Infections (e.g. Conjunctivitis)
- Any Corneal Condition (e.g. Keratitis)
- Any allerfic eye conditions (e.g. Hay Fever)
- Any Chronic eye conditions (e.g. Glaucoma)
That you intend to use the Eye Accessories for cosmetic colour change purposes and not to correct any defect of sight or refractive error.
That you will read the instructions clearly and follow the giode for safe wearing, removal and care of your new colour eye accessories
That you will immediately remove your colour eye accessories if you experience any undue irritation, discomfort, excess watering or redness of eye

You understand and acknowledge that Edit Colour Eye Accessories are not classified as medical devices are are governed by the EU Cosmetics ophthalmogist, they are only considered suitable for those with normal healthy eyes who can confirm all 7 statements' above to be true and accurate.
IMPORTANT - If you are in any doubt what so ever as to whether Edit Colour Eye Accessories are suitable for you please consult your own medical or eye care practitioner.
