Shipping Timescales

Our normal office opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10.00am to 7.00pm. All orders are processed within these published hours with the exception of Bank Holidays. Our cut off time for orders is 12.00pm each working day.

Cost and Price Ranges - For postage ranges to the uk only, all our items have insurance as standard of £500 limit, and are delivered next working day from posting.

All items are sent recorded first class royal mail or parcel force or by fastway couriers so require a signature

Orders received over the weekend from Thursday will be processed on a Monday. Orders received on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.

Waggys Can get any item you require if ordered before 11am the day before, but please note that even if you are wanting to pick the item up a charge of £7.99 for the processing fee will still apply.

items can be ordered Monday - Thursday for next day delivery, if the item is in stock, if out of stock it will take 2 days to get to you. orders on a Friday will not arrive till the following Tuesday if out of stock.

Items that are in stock won't hold a £7.99 fee of course but will still be VAT Chargeable at point of sale.

Questions & Answers.

Q, Why is you postage so high, when it wouldn't cost that to post the item.

A, The answer to that is that we try and make sure that all of our customers' get the item, and that it doesn't get lost in the postal system, so we send all items first class recorded delivery, so please make sure some one is in to take the goods and sign for them.

Q, What happens if I place an order and it is out of stock?.

A, We contact any one who has placed an order with us and the item is out of stock within 2 hours, and inform them of this and give them the SIZE of getting all money back or waiting for the item to be back in stock.

We accept Payment by Paypal, Cheque, Postal order, or we can send you an invoice to purchase via email.

There can be a delay of up to 3 working days with Paypal payments
which are not Verified and do not have a Confirmed Address. Dispatch of order subject to cheque clearance 10 working days from receipt Postal orders, dispatch same day on receipt.
